With the rapid development of today’s information industry and computertechnology, the integration of the coal industry and information technology isdeveloping deeply. However, information and automation in the field of coal industryare still in low level in the whole industry, production and management are extensive,therefore, it is difficult to achieve refine management and production for modernsociety. In order to improve efficiency and enhance safety for productionmanagement, more and more coal enterprises have realized the importance ofinformation technology. So, these enterprises are seeking cooperative partner ofinformation and automation, setting about developing the systems of information andautomation, and are gradually improving processes in internal production andmanagement.Combining modern situation of information construction coal enterprises, thispapers elaborates network construction of coal enterprises, analyses the influences ofinternal and external factors form coal enterprises and the periodicity of deployinginformation technology on coal enterprise, mainly proposes overall applicationframework and strategy about technology. In relation to information technology ofcoal enterprises, this papers designs the basic functional and logical structureLAN-based for information system on coal enterprises. Based on data standardization,theory of the system is form MSTP and MPLS VPN. Meanwhile, this papers studiesbasic applications on network infrastructure of coal enterprises, mainly discussesconstructing, opting and using network infrastructure, the system for monitoring GAS. In end, this papers analyses feasibility and advancement for the programs. Thepractice of the papers follows strict principles which are "high starting point,high-tech, high-quality, high efficiency, high efficiency", comprehensive planning,distributed implementation, adopting safe technology and equipment to ensurepracticability, advancement, smooth up-gradation and scalability.To the subordinate mine information network by construction company, toprovide modern information superhighway to focus on business process andproduction data. Strive through3~5years of hard work, build an advanced information network, to adapt to thediversified demands of different levels of enterprises, stable, safe and reliable moderninformation service system based on, finally realize the company within the scope ofthe comprehensive information.
