Agricultural buildings are related security issues of agricultural production,transportation,and storage.However,most agricultural buildings are prone to structural deformation and even building collapse due to simple structural designs,poor quality building materials,and weak construction techniques.However,agricultural buildings are difficult to periodically monitor and maintain by manual work due to scattered distribution,remote location,and complicated environment.The agricultural building deformation monitoring system based on the Internet of Things wireless sensor network technology designed in this paper can achieve the remote real-time deformation monitoring in the whole agricultural building’s life cycle,it provides a solution to the deformation monitoring of buildings.It is of great significance to ensure the safety of agricultural buildings and agricultural production,reduce farmers’ losses,and promote the construction of agricultural information in China.This paper designed a real-time deformation monitoring system for agricultural buildings to realize the monitoring of the overall deformation of buildings based on the Internet of Things wireless sensor network technology.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of building deformation monitoring,and then analyzes the research status of building deformation monitoring at home and abroad,the research status of buildings’ Internet of Things at home and abroad,and the application status of Internet of Things in building deformation monitoring.Then the main work of this paper is introduced from three aspects: research content,research methods and thesis structure.Secondly,the paper analyzes the requirements of building deformation monitoring,monitoring process and monitoring methods.Based on the conclusions,an overall design scheme for building deformation monitoring using the Internet of Things technology is proposed.Then,based on the proposed overall system scheme,a system model is built and the system’s hardware and software system are designed.In the hardware system,six-axis motion tracking sensors MPU6050,STC15F2K60S2 dual-port serial microprocessors and LoRa wireless communication modules are selected to construct a wireless sensor network.In the Software system,the microprocessor program,upper computer software and database are designed after first introducing of the microprocessor program,upper computer software and database development platform.Finally,the agricultural building deformation monitoring system designed in this paper is tested.There are two parts of test: the test of transmission performance of wireless sensor network based on LoRa wireless communication technology;and the test in the field including residential buildings,overpasses and agricultural greenhouses.The test results prove the feasibility and practicability of the data acquisition system,wireless transmission system and building deformation monitoring system scheme designed in this paper.In summary,the agricultural building deformation monitoring system based on the Internet of Things technology studied in this paper can realize real-time deformation monitoring of multiple buildings.It plays an important role in the safety of agricultural buildings,production,transportation and storage,reducing farmers’ losses,and building agricultural informatization.
