Lung cancer is one of the malignant tumors with the highest growth rate of morbidity and mortality and the greatest threat to human health and life.Intestinal diseases such as ulcerative colitis,bowel cancer,gastrointestinal bleeding,irritable bowel syndrome and intestinal obstruction also occur frequently as people's living pressure increases.Traditional methods of lung cancer detection are often expensive,inconvenient to detect and have some harm to the human body.The use of breath gas to detect human disease is a rapid,noninvasive and convenient means of disease detection.The work of this thesis mainly includes the hardware and software design of exhaled gas detection electronic nose for lung cancer,software design for detecting hydrogen and methane in exhaled gas.The main work and innovation of this paper include:1.Optimal design of an electronic nose array sensor for detecting lung cancer by exhaled gas.In this paper,a sensor array optimization design method is proposed for specific lung cancer markers.Then,the detection chamber and special gas path structure are designed according to the sensor array.The sensitivity of the sensor to VOCs in exhaled gas is improved.2.Design of the hardware and software of the electronic nose instrument for detecting lung cancer by exhalation gas.The work mainly includes the design of signal detection circuit and control circuit,the construction of electronic nose instrument,and the design of the corresponding data analysis software.The detection limit of the electronic nose instrument for some lung cancer markers was 2ppb.The exhaled samples of 8 lung cancer patients and 22 healthy people in the outpatient department were detected by electronic nose instrument.Then the software was used to diagnose and analyze the samples.The sensitivity of the detection to lung cancer patients reached 88.9%and the specificity reached 91.7%.3.Software design based on exhaled gas hydrogen and methane for detecting intestinal diseases.I have been involved in developing instruments for detecting intestinal diseases based on hydrogen and methane markers in human exhaled gas.In this paper,a set of software for the detection hydrogen and methane in human exhaled gas is developed.The software can realize patient database information management function,calibrate and detect function and set parameters function for the instrument,collect patient data,and diagnose according to the diagnosis model.
