Cardiovascular disease has become one of the major diseases that threaten the health of human beings.The electrocardiogram(ECG)detection is a routine and effective cardiovascular disease diagnosis project.Traditional ECG detection in the detection and diagnosis of arrhythmia and other cardiovascular diseases has limitations,such as effectiveness,real-time,convenience and so on.Based on the advanced mobile internet of things and wearable design concept,this paper designs and implements a wearable terminal used for dynamic ECG real-time monitoring based on internet of things.Coordinate with smart phone app,cloud platform and professional ECG analysis software,The terminal can realize real-time acquisition of 24-hour ECG signals,processing,wireless communication,storage and display,real-time analysis of typical arrhythmia,recording and alarming,self-sensing state annotation,professional doctors,real-time reading and diagnosis,cloud platform automatic analysis and diagnosis functions.The research contents are as follows:(1)ECG signal processing algorithm:Based on the neural network method,a model of the relationship between ECG noise and motion is proposed.Based on this,a motion noise removal algorithm is implemented,and apply to the three-lead ECG system.(2)Terminal hardware and software design:ECG signal acquisition front-end using the latest integrated chip ADS 1293 instead of the traditional analog acquisition circuit to reduce the movement and other external interference,improve signal quality;main control module use low-power STM32F429 chip to achieve front-end chip Configuration,SPI communication,data storage,analysis of arrhythmia events and driving of Bluetooth module;data communication adopts BLE low-power Bluetooth 4.0 chip CC2541.(3)Communication Protocol:Based on the Bluetooth 4.0 protocol,a set of upper layer communication protocols is defined,including the design of the frame format and the definition of the data unit and operation command.In order to ensure the communication reliability,a series of reliable transmission mechanism are designed.Physiological signal generator and patient wearing test showed that the dynamic ECG real-time monitoring terminal designed has its functions and technical performance to meet the user's ECG monitoring demand in the home,hospital,nursing home,outdoor and many other places.
