| The electronic dossier refers to the electronic document that court received during the case acceptance or formed during processing of the case.In order to further enhance information level of people's court's trials and management,deepen the judicial disclosure and promote the reorganization of the trial process,Supreme People's Court proposed to fully develop and support the deep application of electronic dossier in case handling,litigation services and judicial management.This will solve difficult problems such as accessing file difficulties and realize the whole process of trial execution open.At the beginning of the " electronic-dossier" proposal,the Tianjin court continue using the electronic file system to complete the simultaneous scanning of electronic dossier,and manage the electronic dossier according to the specifications of electronic file.However,in doing this,there issues problems such as blurring boundaries between electronic dossiers and electronic files,the resource type is single and so on.Therefore,we develop the system Based on Electronic dossier on B/S design pattern.The development of electronic dossier system adopts the J2EE architecture and uses the design ideas of MVC,combined with main technologies such as SpringMVC,Hibernate,Spring.The system has been used on-line in courts at all levels in Tianjin on May 2017.The overall operation is good.This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of the electronic dossier system and has carried out the following tasks:(1)First of all,we analyze the requirements of the project,then elaborate the overall design of the project,divide the functional modules,design the database table structure,and finally describe the detailed design and implementation of the system.(2)Based on the analysis of system requirements and the overall design of the system,this thesis focuses on the implementation of the case search module,material upload module,material upload statistics module,and other system docking module. |
