As the overall national power of China increases,ISTIN plays an increasingly important role.In ISTIN,terminals accessed into network move around satellites,satellites on different orbits move around each other,so mobility management is an inevitable problem.One general trend of ISTIN is wide application of IP technology.Mobility management in traditional IP network is only concerned with movement of terminal,movement of network nodes is ignored,so it's not feasible to apply mobility management solution of traditional IP network directly into ISTIN.This paper purposes and implements a mobility management method based on pub-sub model.Registration of terminal and access satellite is used to tackle the movement of terminal and satelites.To improve the effiency of address resolution,an address resolution method with subscription semantic is provided.As single satellite does not have enough storage capacity and computing power,a network consisted of backbone satellites is used to achieve the goal of mobility management control.This paper first introduces the current development and existing problems of ISTIN,describing the background of this topic.Secondly,the common service supporting platform is introduced to tackle the variety of terminal,network and business.Classic mobility management in IP network is described in detail.Because of the mobility of terminal and access satellite and limited capability of single satellite,mobility mamagement solution in IP network can't be applied direcly in ISTIN.Thirdly,a requirement analysis of mobility management in ISTIN is given.Based on that,a PUB-SUB model based mobility management method is purposed,roughly describing how to fulfill the core functionality of mobility management using this model and related theoretical performance analysis of this design is given.Forthly,based on PUB-SUB mobility management method and common supporting platform,this paper introduces the overall design of mobility management in ISTIN:designing the overall architecture of mobility management system,functionality of MMA and MAG is included;designing detailed interactive flowchars of system messages;designing and defining the interface message between internal modules;describing data strucutures used in this design.After that,this paper designs system class diagram,introduces design and implementation of system modules.Finally,this paper deploys the test environment of mobility management system,and combines with other parts of the common supporting platform to complete the function test and validates the PUB-SUB based mobility management through system test and real-world deployment.The end of this paper summarizes the works in the project and provides the prospects of current work.
