In recent years,the exhibition industry has made great strides and has produced a strong industry-driven effect with the rapid economic development in Chinese cities and regions.It has not only boosted the prosperity of related trades such as commerce,trade,transportation and tourism but also helped to grasp the market trend and its development.Activities held through the exhibition attracted a large number of talents,promoted the circulation of commodities,accelerated the transfer of information,forced technological innovation and development.It had an immeasurable impact and catalytic effect on social progress.However,many problems have been exposed at the same time,especially in information management.For a large variety of exhibitions,the construction of exhibition hall information management system directly affects the level of exhibition development and thus affects to the personal experience of visitors.Based on the full investigation of the informatization management level of all kinds of exhibitions and combining with the actual demand,this project combines the information management with the precise location through the deployment of hardware and equipment in the venues and has designed and implemented the exhibition hall information management system.For tourists,the mobile terminal can receive the push information of the hardware device,quickly perceive the surrounding events and present the map.Tourists can also determine the exact location of the booth and select the tour route.For the pavilion staff,all kinds of information can greatly improve the management efficiency and the distribution of hardware devices at a glance.The final system design and implementation nine function modules including the content management,map navigation,path planning,equipment management,event management,cinema management,conference schedule,statistical reports and rights distribution.In order to improve the flexibility of exhibition hall information management system,it designed a system assembly and adaptation scheme,the super administrator can select the function module and each function module adjusts the basic functions correspondingly to meet the requirements of various exhibition halls as much as possible to achieve the purpose of information management system reuse.The exhibition hall information management system based on the precise location has completed the development and testing work.China Science and Technology Museum has used system on-line.Through the exhibition hall information management system,the staff efficiently carries out location-based integrated management of all kinds of information and greatly improves the working efficiency.All functional modules of the system are in good condition and the performance is stable.
