Smart grid has accumulated a wealth of power data,which contains a wealth of information on the behavior of electricity.Digging these data can help the power grid to understand the needs of users' personalized and differentiated services,whose resulting data explosion is also a huge challenge for the smart grid.At present,many scholars study the user's electricity behavior based on the power of data clustering analysis of users.Automated data mining methods often have problems of interpretation,analysis and verification of results,and can not directly analyze the effectiveness of different users' behavior differences.The visualization applied in the smart grid combined with the power data analysis can help power system experts to combine the domain knowledge to discover the hidden patterns behind the electricity consumption behavior.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)We propose a visual analysis method of electricity behavior data.Electricity consumption data has the property of time and space,and the data of electric activity generally has the characteristics of multiple dimensions.In this paper,we design a visual layout based on the sequence pie chart,and use the visualization primitives to encode the multidimensional attribute characteristics of the electrical behavior while expressing the time dimension,so as to help the analysts to compare the difference of the utility behavior better.In addition,this paper leverages the spatial attributes of map view coding to fuse the electricity information and the space information,and excavates the differences in the electricity use behavior among users in different regions in this way.(2)We design and implement a visual analysis system based on WebGIS.The system is based on the standard process of visual analysis,the organic combination of automated data mining methods and the visual layout method proposed in the paper to help analysts analyze and compare the differences between different electricity usage behaviors from multiple perspectives and fine-grained analysis so as to help users more Good analysis and understanding of data to solve the problem of automated data mining results difficult to analyze.In addition,the system provides power data management capabilities to relieve business people from the complex task of data processing.
