In today's Internet age,the applications of the network have proliferated,network traffic has greatly increased.However,in the traditional network,the search for information depends entirely on the IP address of the information,its content is transparent for the network.And every day there will be a lot of same information or services searched by different users,causing serious waste of the network bandwidth and resources.Point to point communication based on TCP/IP architecture has exposed more and more problems,and most of the traffic can be summed up in the naming and distribution of the request data block,the demand of Information-Centric Network architecture has profound influence on the development of the Internet.In order to meet the need of the characteristics,Content-Centric Network arises at the historic moment.In this paper,the current research status of the content centric network is investigated,and the key technologies are summarized.At the same time,the unsolved problems in the existing architecture are analyzed.We introduce Software Defined Network technology,summarizes its concept and analyzes the case and advantage of combining CCN with SDN.Next,this paper proposes an optimal shortpath routing scheme for CCN based on SDN.We add a new massege type called Content Notification Packet to the existing packet,which is uesd to help controller to manage global network topology information;we also add the short path table,considering the nodes'load and the the popularity of the content,the scheme can find the optimal path from many copies in the network.By dividing the network into small areas,the popularity of the content is chosen as the reference index to select the active cache,and the controller is added to each region to control the flow table of each switch.The controller has the global information of the network,including the nodes,topology,path,content of the cache,etc.,if the content is not found,there is no flooding,but through the controller query,return the forwarding rules with the best path of the requested content.By using the global characteristics of the controller,the state information of each node and link can be effectively monitored and is useful for load balancing,delay optimization and fault recovery of network traffic.At last,the routing scheme is evaluated by theory and experiment.By using ccnSim to simulate the network,the results show that the routing scheme can effectively use the cache,reduce the request delay,and help to improve the network performance.
