With the popularization of smart phones,4G,WIFI and other communication technology,mobile devices have played a more and more significant role in people's lives.People use mobile device to chat online,study online and have exams online.After our former researches,we find that offline social worker training have many disadvantages.For examples,social workers can only get training at fixed places,and they usually spend a lot of time on the way to the training school.Making use of the online training system,users can get training at anytime and anywhere.The training will be more convenient,more multitudinous and more efficient online.Our online training application adopts SSO(Single Sign On)technology based on OAuth,which simplifies the authorization and login process.Users can log in our application using their identification in other applications conveniently.What's more,our application uses a more stable and convenient video distribution technology.Traditional streaming media server use MMS,RSTP and RTMP to distribute stream media video.When users want to get access to the ordinary training videos,the stream media server will transfer the video to multi-media stream.The transferring process will take o lot of resources.Our application adopt a stream media distribution technology based on HTTP,which is much more light weight.The main principle is adding frame and other parameters to METADATA,then divide the video to sections and distribute the video using a light weight HTTP way finally.There is a personalized recommendation system in our application.Different users will get different training contents according to their study interest,test scores and search history.Our application is developed for Android OS.It is a training application for social workers.Users can watch training video,communicate with each other,and have exams using the application.The application will make the training process much more convenient and efficient.
