Wireless Sensor network(WSN)could monitoring different area to collect information by deploying lots of sensor nodes with low energy consumption.The data could transform from source node to the sink node through multi-hop for analysis.As an important application of wireless sensor network,the construction of smart grid area is an organic combination of traditional power grid and wireless sensor network,which can ensure the safety of power grid environment,effectively manage the energy and improve the service level of power grid.The existing wireless sensor system in the smart grid is limited by hardware and energy consumption.It is mainly based on some non-IP communication technologies.Based on this,variety of low power sensor nodes with IPv6 protocol provide convenience for access networks of multiple terminal devices.Meanwhile,the dilemma of IPv4 network address resources is broken.6Lo WPAN technology based on IPv6 protocol is widely used in low-power and low-cost sensors due to its great connectivity,excellent security and flexible expansibility.Because of the large scale of the area,the consumption in information collection and long-distance transmission is huge,so the energy management is very important in the design of WSN protocol.First of all,this paper designs a smart grid monitoring system based on 6LowPAN.By simulating the plant environment in the smart grid,the hardware platform of the grid monitoring system is completed.The data collected by the sensing nodes is sent to the gateway by 6LoWPAN based on the IPv6 protocol stack.Then,through the Java WEB development,staffs could monitoring and manage the smart grid in time.Then,we propose an adaptive multi-hop routing algorithm(AMRA)to reduce the energy consumption and get energy balance in the whole network based on Harmony Search Algorithm.The studies on AMRA employ a novel encoding scheme to transform multi-hop routing path into unequal matrix.To control the convergence speed and precision,AMRA adopts dynamic parameters and new search method to strengthen the local and global harmony search ability.The fitness function taking energy consumption,path length and residual energy into consideration tries to find the global optimal solution.The simulation results demonstrate that AMRA performs better than the existing algorithms in terms of network lifetime,energy consumption and energy balance.
