As a common physical quantity in our daily life,temperature can be a good expression of the degree of hot and cold objects.What we know about physical changes and chemical changes are closely related with temperature.When we observe the surrounding environment,we will find that temperature control and measurement have a great impact not only on the surrounding environment,but also on the pillar industries vital to our country.So the temperature control and measurement is particularly important.We will use the temperature sensor when detecting temperature.This paper designs a Intelligent temperature control system based on ARM9 combining with the stepper motor,which can improve the accuracy of the control system.As an important component of the control system,stepper motors can play an important role in a variety of mechanical equipments and automated control systems.There are lots of instruments or equipment that we can access,such as plotters,printers,making the stepper motor the main component of the device.It is because the stepper motor has a flexible control and the affordable advantages that it is more and more used in various industries.In the rapid period of industry,it's found that more and more equipments embedded stepper motors in them in order to set the shoots and steps needed in different circumstances.When industrial equipments step into intellectualization and informatization,what we require on the use of stepper motor has also improved.To improve processing and control ability,the performance and control accuracy of ARM the main chip relative to the traditional temperature control system has been greatly improved.The system can automatically adjust the temperature according to the actual temperature.It is equipped with ultra-high temperature and low temperature automatic adjustment function.When it is more than or below the set value,it can be found immediately.Through the automatic control of temperature control and temperature control,the temperature control can be controlled in the set range.And according to the actual temperature,it can automatically take different control methods.Normal operation without the need of manual participation saves human resources so that we can operation achieve real-time temperature control in simple cases.The system uses Samsung corp produced ARM9 core TX-2440 A and also DS18B20 to collect the temperature signal.By using the LCD to finish real-time display.If the control module is beyond the control information of the stepper motor,the temperature is reduced by changing the duty ratio of the pulse width modulation.Finally the temperature is reduced.If the temperature of the control module is calculated to be lower than the set value,it will interrupt the thyristor to change the number of cycles of the heater voltage,and also change the heating power to achieve the effect of rising temperature.This paper introduces the principle of the system and the implementation process and focuses on the introduction of the principle and the driving of the stepping motor and then gives some application circuit.The temperature control system can be applied to industrial plants.The experimental results show that the system is stable and reliable to meet the industrial plant temperature control requirements.
