| Platinum resistance temperature sensor is a kind of very important temperature measuringdevice. it has been widely used in hydraulic generator, meteorological measurement, vehiclemonitoring system, household appliances and thermal measurement, etc, because of itsadvantages of quick response, linear degrees higher, high accuracy and wide measurementrange. A pair of platinum resistance temperature sensors of heat meter installed on the importand export of piping syste was responsible for the temperature measurement of the import andexport in China. Because there is a big deviation that the temperature sensor is used in the heatmeter only satisfy industrial platinum resistance temperature industry standard, it is necessaryto the temperature sensor for matching processing. At present, the matching of heat metertemperature sensor in the heat meter manufacturer was basically using manual reading andartificial pairing operation mode. And it was waste of manpower, low efficiency, andman-made error was inevitable. So the accurately measure, fast automatic matching system ofheat meter temperature sensor was urgent needed.The research used Pt100Platinum resistance temperature sensor as object, and used theAtmega16as master device to design automatic matching system of heat meter temperaturesensor, which had the function of Batch measurement matching. The main work of this subjectwere:1) To know the research background,the research content,development situation anddevelopment trend of heat meter temperature sensor matching system.2) To understand the theory of using temperature sensor to measuring temperature,theconnection mode and temperature sensor pair,And this paper is concluded that the temperaturemeasurement method and matching method.3) Designed the hardware circuit of temperature sensor matching system,including doubleconstant current source circuit, multichannel analog electronic switch circuit,high precisionoperation amplifier circuit and A/D conversion circuit as well as commonly used MCUperipheral circuit.4) According to the hardware circuit,designed the temperature sensor matching system’ssoftware system,the system was including the main program,key interrupt program,EEPROM program,the temperature sensor temperature program,the temperature sensor matchingprogram.5) Experimental data test and to carry on the detailed error analysis for matching system,themainly is temperature measuring theoretical error and matching Theoretical error.And thetemperature measurement experimental data and matching experimental data were measured.The matching system research and development to solve the consistency of multiplematching sensor system and the expandability problems,And to solve the problem effectively ofproduction efficiency in the temperature sensor measurement and matching,and it providedsome useful methods and system frame for the construction of similar automatic matchingsystem. |
