Research And Application On Information Security Management System Construction

With the development of cloud computing technology,various countries are using cloud computing to carry out the intensive construction of information systems.In this context,information security has become an increasingly important issue.For a long time in the construction of information security,we use a lot of advanced technology,the use of advanced products,but the light weight technology management practices only to a certain extent,solve the problem of information security,information security incidents are still unable to avoid.The construction of information security is not a purely technical process,but a comprehensive prevention process."Three points technology,seven points management",relying solely on technical means,can only realize the limited security of information,security technology behind the need for appropriate security management mechanism support.In the construction of information security guarantee,we must pay equal attention to management and technology.The two are complementary to each other,and the implementation of comprehensive,three-dimensional prevention,in order to effectively guarantee safety.After recent years of construction,network and information security work of Chongqing XX college has made some achievements,but there are still some problems,from the safety management and technical protection,capital investment,regulations,personnel quality,staff awareness,prevention and other aspects to solve.In this paper,using literature research method,investigation method,comparative research method,inductive method,construction and implementation of information security management system of Chongqing XX Institute of research and analysis,based on information security registration protection,the existing problems and suggestions of construction of information security management system.Through the analysis and Research on the construction of Chongqing XX School of information security management mechanism,to grasp the status quo of college campus information security as a whole,comprehensive and systematic understanding of the common needs of information security in Colleges and universities,have a newunderstanding to guide all levels of management on the importance of information security,which can improve the level of information security management.The results of this paper can have certain reference significance of construction of information security management system of colleges and universities.
