Abstract/Summary:
Wireless buoy alarm system is the development direction of submarine alarm system,which has the functions of transmitting alarm signals and the location information on its own initiative.After rescue vessels reach the place where the wrecked submarine is,it can have underwater speech communication with the submarine.To cater for the speech communication need between the rescue vessel and the submarine,the thesis designs an underwater emergency speech communication system which can be applied to submarine rescue and realize real-time wireless underwater speech communication by use of OFDM underwater acoustic communication technology and MBE speech compression technology.Firstly,based on the design requirements of the system,the thesis designs the overall structure of the system and divides the system into two subsystems: underwater acoustic communication processing subsystem and speech signal processing subsystem.Then according to the need of speech compression and real-time underwater acoustic communication arithmetic,the thesis not only designs the speech signal processing hardware platform and MSP430 software program whose core is the speech compression chip and the master controller of speech signal is low-power consumption single-chip microcomputer,which realize functions of the reading and writing of speech compression data,data format conversion,data communication and switch of system working conditions,but also designs the underwater acoustic communication processing hardware platform and DSP software program whose core is TMS320C6748,realizing functions of underwater acoustic signal acquisition and data communication.Finally,the debugging of the system hardware and software is completed.The performance of the underwater acoustic emergency speech communication system is verified through electric debugging,pool test and outside of field experiment.The underwater acoustic communication system can reach the design requirements.
