The DICOM3.0 standard is an international standard on digital imaging and communications in medicine.It defined a unified specification for the transmission of medical images and other digital information among various medical devices to solve the interconnection problems of the various medical devices from different manufacturers.In the design and implementation process of medical image storage and transmission system,solving the interaction problem of collaborative work needs to be based on the use of well-defined medical and health information integration norms in order to describe the real needs of the users,and design the solutions which can optimize the workflow on medical image storage and transmission system.In addition,the solutions must keep to the DICOM3.0 standard.This paper discussed the whole process from design to realization on medical image storage and transmission system in detail,and analyzed the design idea,design principle,design method,system structure,construction and realization scheme of the system.At the same time,this paper also focused on the design of the user's needs,analyzed the DICOM3.0 image format,communication principle and storage mode,as well as planed a relatively perfect hospital radiology imaging system to initially realize the function of transmission,storage and reading on medical image.
