Mobile communication technology as one of the greatest inventions of the current century,all the time does not change people's daily life and habits.Communications operators have already launched a number of SMS-based and other services,short message service rapid development,based on the short message services have carried out illegal or unhealthy business model,the most typical is spam bulk SMS to the user's harassment and fraud,pornography and incitement and dissemination of news situation reactionary,so monitoring and interception for spam messages is a necessary measure.Spam messages monitoring and interception system is a set of active and passive surveillance,interception system,to a certain extent,inhibited the mass behavior of spam messages,but also achieved some success.However,we cannot stop and block low-frequency,homophonic and continue to send messages and so on,and the current market surveillance system to a "leak rate bar" and "block error rate" promotion.Corresponding monitoring platform spam messages interception policy configuration is also facing a lot of problems.Thus,the above problems,this paper proposes to build a junk SMS policy analysis and management platform operators,not the case in the current system bigger and reconstructed with the existing network monitoring system to intercept messages to intercept.Firstly,the business aspects of the demand,including business functional requirements and system structures require environmental requirements and other factors;then according to business needs overall design in terms of platform architecture,the network now docking strategic plan,interface design,security policies;and finally focused on the implementation strategies described operating platform,from data import processing,data analysis,policy analysis and configuration management interface,display and other design implementation.Thereby forming a clear hierarchical structure,process and policy management with the interceptors' seamless linkage analysis platform operating strategy spam messages.
