Today, with the rapid development of mobile communication technology and higher usage rate of mobile phone, it results in an increasing number of short message service messages which can be called SMS. Because SMS is ease to use. speediness.cheapness and credibility, SMS has been quickly accepted by a large majority of mobile phone users.and SMS has become a popular communication way. SMS brings us convenience, but it also brings great harm. There are many SMS spam in daily life. So to research and design an effective SMS spam filtering system has great practical significance.From the view of transfer process and send method of SMS message, people can achieve the goal of SMS spam filtering in SMS center and mobile phone terminal. In our country there is no corresponding legislation for SMS spam filtering and operators who just consider their own benefit. So SMS center usually cannot provider good filtering mechanism. Here mobile phone terminal how to filter SMS spam was researched.The SMS spam filtering problem actually is text classification problem, and Bayesian algorithm has wide range of application in the field of text classification. Here SMS spam filtering system was designed by combining and using technology of blacklist and Bayesian algorithm. The result shows that the system has relatively good effect on filtering Chinese SMS messages.Currently mainly operating systems of mobile phone are Symbian, Windows, Linux, and Android. Android operating system is free of charge for developers, and Android is based on the Java language, so it is easy to use. Android also provides a thriving library for developing and the function is very powerful. Moreover, Android provides a standard database SQLite that can supports SQL statement.
