The emergence of the manipulator extend and expand the people's brothers and brain function,it can replace people engaged in dangerous,hazardous,toxic,low temperature and work in the bad environment such as high fever,Instead of heavy,repetitive labor,improve labor productivity,ensure the quality of the product.With the development of science and technology and PLC is widely used in industrial production process,manipulator technology research innovation,constantly encourage results emerge.This article first introduced the paper research background and significance,purpose,and the related research about manipulator and PLC at home and abroad were reviewed,this paper introduces the research content of this article;Then enter the manipulator overall structure design,first of all to overview of manipulator,and introduces the developing course of manipulator and pneumatic manipulator development;Then expounded working principle of the manipulator,manipulator control requirements,and introduces the pneumatic control components selection,including one-way valve,one-way throttle valve and pilot type solenoid valve;Next to the horizontal cylinder,gas cylinder,lift guide claw actuators are introduced,such as and carry on the design of the pneumatic system diagram.Next,the sensor with the purpose of this article in the foundation of the programmable controller(PLC)in theory,introduces the sensor and its type and working principle,and then the structure of PLC,development,characteristics and selection.On the basis of theory,system design,the first is the hardware design,including the allocation table and the input/output hardware wiring diagram;The second is the system programming,including sequence function diagram and the program function diagram.Finally,this article has carried on the the MCGS configuration design,based on the overview of the MCGS,the main components of the MCGS are introduced,and the create operation interface,project establishment and variable definitions,write control program,the final debugging.
