Design And Research Of Criminal Investigation System Based On Face Recognition

With the continuous development of social economy and the continuous improvement of security facilities,the image captured by camera has become an important basis for public security organs to find clues and check cases.Face recognition plays a crucial role among this massive information.In order to reduce police force and strengthen urban security,technology method needs to convert into direct combat efficiency;where by I propose to add face recognition into information processing.Aiming at exploring an effective method for the system of facial recognition in the criminal investigation,using the existing facial database of criminal investigation,then the facial feature extraction based on the principle composition analysis(PCA)and the facial match algorithm based on the support vector machine(SVM)are investigation,and a face recognition system is set up at last.Main works are as follows:(1)After designing and attaining manual indication in the detection of face with face characteristics,investigation officers will be able to execute some face recognitions which is difficult to accomplish the system.It is not ideal to get face images in criminal investigation.Therefore,the artificial repairing is added to disability face in the process of identification,which can effectively improve the accuracy of the recognition.(2)Analyzing the basic principle of PCA and studying the application of PCA method to feature extraction in face recognition.The mathematical principle of PCA method is analyzed deeply,the eigen-value extraction method based on PCA in the application of face recognition is explanation in detail.And then the ethnical facial feature extraction is implemented on the ethnical facial database set up by us.The face feature extraction algorithm optimized by PCA is applied to the acquisition of face database.(3)Studying the method of SVM in vote for classification.Analyzing the thought of the classification of SVM,obtaining the training algorithm and implementation process.(4)A face recognition system is set up by studying the PCA and SVM,which is used in criminal investigation,and samples is selected to training and testing.Experiments of classification training and testing are performed on the groups.The experiment results demonstrate that the criminal investigation facial recognition system with high speed of feature extraction and high average recognition rate is feasible and effective.
