In recent years,with the rapid development of digital television,broadcasting system faceing business has also increased.originally broadcast TV uses an asynchronous serial interface(ASI)architecture has been inadequated,and exposed many flaws in the system expansion and maintenance management.The vigorous development of the Internet has penetrated every aspect of people's lives,in terms of future technology trends and from the people's living habits,IP technology will eventually enter the field of radio and television,and play its irreplaceable role.However,with the rapid increase in the number of network equipments and requirements for network traffic and bandwidth,the drawbacks of the traditional architecture of the network is becoming more and more apparent.New network architecture research group Stanford Clean Slate proposed software-defined networking(SDN),it uses Openflow as the core technology.By separating the control plane network devices with data plane,it nimbly control the network and the network traffic forwarding path providing a better network foundation.This article will focus on how to build SDN network broadcast TV IP platform to solve the traditional network problems,while ensuring flexible demand IP TV broadcast streaming service.It starts with an introduction of the history of IP platform and the origin of radio and television system design requirements,and in the use of traditional network deployment and challenges encountered were analyzed,Then,description of the advantages and development prospects of SDN technology,which leads to the SDN technology in the television broadcast IP streaming service program,a brief introduction of OpenFlow origin,development,and Floodlight open source controllers and other key technology used and the work I did in the program;Next,the overall framework of the program including network planning,key technologies,design documents and algorithm implementation.Then test with simulation and validation to ensure the correctness of the program.Finally,the whole work is summarized and analyzed the shortcomings need to be addressed and programs made for future work prospects.
