Antenna test system is an important tool for antenna testing,RCS testing,and payload testing.Antenna products are diversified,resulting in different antenna types that require a corresponding test system to verify that their indicators meet the requirements.According to the test principle,the antenna test system can be divided into far field antenna test system and near field antenna test system.The far-field antenna test system is a test system in which the antenna spherical wave is expanded to meet the far-field distance.When the far-field test distance is reached,the antenna is tested in the approximate plane wave area.This test system has certain requirements for the test distance.And the size of the caliber corresponding to the different test distance,is the most direct antenna test method.The near field antenna test system uses the mathematical algorithm to change the data collected in the near field of the antenna to the far field,get the far field pattern test result,also known as the indirect test method,the near field test system has the plane near field antenna test system,Spherical near field antenna test system,cylindrical antenna test system.At present,the domestic antenna test system is in the germination stage,with independent test system integration capability is to break the sword of foreign imports.With the mass production of satellite antenna products,which meet the rapid demand for increasing antenna testing,the research of high efficiency antenna testing system is becoming more and more active.In this paper,the far-field antenna test method is used as the blueprint,the software integration technology and the high efficiency test system are studied.Through the test demand analysis,according to the test status and the environmental test analysis,three far-field test systems under different working conditions are designed,And three test conditions to meet the different types of antenna testing needs,the test system covers 90 percent of the antenna product testing capabilities.The use of virtual instrument control technology,and the use of LABVIEW software development platform to complete the preparation of test control software,the use of MATLAB powerful function of the preparation of the test data analysis software.This paper focuses on the system design principle of the far-field antenna test system,the static zone detection of the system,the influence and elimination of the multi-path interference,the instrument control method,the software design preparation method,the test data processing method,and the far field antenna test system.The rapid application of the above methods were introduced in detail.After the test system is integrated,the test system is tested.Three different types of antennas are tested.By comparing the antenna test results and the requirements of the index,all the results meet the design requirements and the test system integration work is completed successfully.This topic focuses on solving the fast test bottleneck of the far-field large-capacity frequency,and solves the problem of low-frequency antenna test site interference by testing data processing,saves the test time,improves the test efficiency,completes the distance from scratch Field antenna test system design,integration and application,enhanced self-developed far-field antenna test system capabilities.
