As the aging problem continues to increase,the demand for service robots is further increased.In the field of food and beverage industry,the most hard work is for the customer order and delivery and other services.Due to the rising cost of manpower,the restaurant service personnel human cost is higher and higher.Therefore this paper designed a low cost,simple manipulation,obstacle avoidance,endurance,weight,accurate positioning,service robot,improve service efficiency.In this paper,a robot control system which can realize the automatic dining room function is designed.Firstly,the basic requirements of the dining robot are analyzed,and the development status of the wheeled dining robot is introduced.The current situation and development trend of food delivery robot are introduced.Focuses on the analysis of the special functional requirements of the restaurant environment,including room to the designated meal,the process of obstacle avoidance,tracing,voice prompts,etc.According to the design requirements of service robot,this paper designs a Arduino PC platform service robot and 51 slave modules,using infrared sensor and ultrasonic sensor combination,the robot realizes the automatic tracking and obstacle avoidance of kinetic energy.At the same time,set the voice reminder function for the robot,improve the human-computer interaction ability of the robot,enhance the customer's dining experience.As for the hardware system,this paper completed the installation and debugging of the controller,motor,infrared tracking module,ultrasonic module and other hardware devices.As for the software system,based on the Arduino and 51 microcontroller as the platform to realize the acquisition and processing of the sensor signal,according to the sensor information to design the basic operation mode of the motor,to ensure stable operation of the hardware system,realize the basic requirements of the design of service robot.According to the functional requirements of the robot,the system uses the popular Arduino platform,complete the development robot control system of the robot,joint robot forward backward,steering,automatic navigation based on the black line tracing,obstacle avoidance,voice,intelligent control,to achieve the design goal.
