Currently,distributed interactive simulation has been the main stream technology in the industry simulation field,especially in large complex simulation system.Since Distributed Interactive Simulation System is difficult to meet the needs of large-scale complex distributed simulation system in the aspects of interoperability and reusability,US Department of Defense proposed a generic simulation framework,which uses the high level architecture framework(High Level Architecture,HLA)as the core,and the RTI as the supporting environment of the underlying simulation system.HLA is an object-oriented architecture which is based on the architecture of distributed interactive simulation.It builds objects based on object properties,that is,builds a federal on the assumption that a federal should be built from members instead of considering building members form a federal.As the intermediate supporting environment connecting the federate and the underlying communication supporting system,RTI is the critical software to achieve the information interaction between members of the federal.Besides,it is the basis to design and develop programs of HLA distributed simulation system,and the core of system operation based up on HLA distributed simulation system.This paper verifies testability of the simulation system by building system test model,and designing testing program to test the property system latency,throughput,and packet loss rate.In this paper,the test focuses on parts which have a big influence on efficiency of HLA simulation systems,and the test results are analyzed.In order to meet the needs of large-scale distributed simulation system and to understand the federal promoting processing and the underlying system running,a hierarchical RTI architecture based on bridging members is proposed.In addition,data distribution management is significant to HLA simulation system.Thus,optimization for data filtering methods is critical to improve system efficiency and network bandwidth utilization.In view of the regional data filtering method,the data filtering method based on frequency allocation area is proposed,which can reduce the number of regional matches to improve the data filtering efficiency.
