This thesis discusses the performance testing management system for auto-engine production applications developed by RIAO Company. Efficient combining with advanced testing sensor units and signal processing technology especially software-based data analysis technology, this system’s developing goal is to realize flexible task configuration and testing performance analysis to all the products, improve testing efficiency as well as reduce testing cost.First, this thesis generally describes the main technology used for engine performance testing in automobile vehicle industry and related software technologies. Then, it discusses the demand analysis of this engine performance testing system for SVC’s engine production department, especially focuses on discussing units testing control and data processing, testing task management and comprehensive data analysis function. As for basic testing functions, the system should cover overall auto-engine technical features’ performance testing, and complete on-line data processing based on the real-time data collected by sensors. Furthermore, the thesis also discusses the system’s software design, especially its software structure, database design, internal programming flows for unit testing control module and monitoring task management module, and also discusses the system’s programming and test. In the end, it summarizes development of the whole system.This system has been finished developing and is on running status. Comparing to the former scattered testing tasks, it apparently improves working efficiency and analysis /processing ability for testing data, and strongly supports the products’ quality stability.
