With the popularization of resource sharing between online education system,corresponding the system availability and interactive also needed to be enhanced.These learning resources for learning objects using ontology to describe,because each system using different metadata standards,so there are the semantic and structural inconsistency in the system.This paper builds the global ontology in e-learning field.through the mapping relation between the global ontology and local ontology of each system and eliminate the problem of heterogeneous,so as to enhance interoperability and information sharing capability between the education systems.In order to solve the problem of mapping between the global ontology and local ontology,this paper presents a semantic bridge ontology(SCOMF)model,it is used as the core component of ontology mapping to cope with the semantic heterogeneity and structure of heterogeneous ontology mapping in the process of adjustment conflicts.Among them,the semantic heterogeneity mainly resolves naming conflicts.Structure heterogeneous includes four kind of conflict.they are generalization conflict,isomorphism conflict,property discrepancies and discrepancies.SCOMF model based on classification strategy,for different conflict types define the corresponding mapping of relation,so the new conflict is easily added to the system and reduce the coupling degree model.Conflict regulation defines by Jena rules and the ontology mapping measurement rules are stored in the rule base,in the process of ontology mapping,SCOMF model ajust the conflicts with these rules,thereby semantic and structure heterogeneity were resoved.The users can retrieval the learning resource according to the global ontology metadata description ignoring the heterogeneity problem between the various education system.Firstly,this paper introduces the current popular ontology mapping method,such as based on the name,based on the description,based on instance,based oncontext attribute and multi-strategy collectively strategy.Since mostly mapping strategy mainly resolves naming conflicts,seldom solve the structure conflict appears in the process of ontology mapping.Then,aiming at the existing problems about current ontology mapping,this paper proposes a SCOMF mapping model which is mainly to solve the problem of semantic heterogeneity and structure of heterogeneous in ontology mapping process.each conflict rule using Jena language to define the conflict detection and resolution rules.Finally,after the experimental verification on the real data set,the model can well solve the problem of semantic heterogeneous and part of the structure of the heterogeneous problem in the process of ontology mapping.
