With the rapid development of pervasive computing, smart production environment gradually integrated into people's daily lives, which improved the efficiency and quality of production prominently, the interaction and coordination of information systems and physical systems brought greater autonomy, collaboration and flexibility for the production environment. In the system, hazardous events may occur, which will affect the normal operation of the system, making the system unavailable or abnormal. The complex composition structure and interaction behavior in smart production environment may magnify the damage degree of hazardous events in the system,so it is necessary to carry out effective hazard management. As a means of resource protection, access control is an important aspect of hazard management in smart production environment. How to release the authority needed to eliminate the hazardous event while protect the resource effectively is an important aspect of hazard management.Traditional access control models are mostly static, which makes it difficult to provide enough flexibility for dynamic system environment. The main contents of this paper are as follows:First, according to ISO 31000:2018 standard, the steps of hazard management and the entities with hazard-related attributes are determined, the scope and main components of knowledge in the field of hazard management are described, then the attributes of components and relationships between them are analyzed in detail, and the hazard management ontology of system is constructed.Second, this paper maps the elements related to hazardous events and their emergency strategies in ontology to the access control policies, divides access control policies into different sets, then proposes an adaptive access control model for hazardous events, and the dynamic adjustment method of this model is given. The possible policy conflicts in the dynamic adjustment process of the model are analyzed and the rule for eliminating the conflicts is determined.Third, this paper designs and implements an access control prototype system driven by hazardous events. The prototype system is used to analyze a specific case of system hazard management and dynamic privilege allocation, which proves the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper.
