As a new communication method,ultraviolet communication has the advantages of high confidentiality,strong anti-interference ability and non-line-of sight communication and so on.It adapted to the complex geographical environment,is an important supplement to conventional communications,which has been widespread attention.This paper majored on the following tasks:1?The whole process of the photon emission from the transmitter by scattering to the receiver was studied,A non-coplanar model of non-line-of-sight UV light scattering based on Monte Carlo method is established.The simulated impulse response waveform is measured with full width at half maximum(FWHM),The pulse width measured by the simulation is compared with the pulse width measured in the literature[31],which verifies the correctness of the model.Then,the simulation of the scattering of ultraviolet light in the atmosphere was carried out.The system parameters,such as Tx elevation angle,Rx elevation angle,baseline distance and the Rx FOV,which has the influence on the pulse broadening were analyzed.In addition,the influence of off-axis angle on pulse broadening is also tested.2?According to the characteristics of the ultraviolet communication to design the network nodes,Further by using UV non-line-of-sight single scattering model to study the performance of the ultraviolet communication system.Based on the Monte Carlo method,The relationship among the path loss and BER of UV networking with Tx beam angle,Rx FOV,baseline distance and off-axis angle based on the design has been studied.The results show that ultraviolet communication in path loss,BER increases with the increase of communication distance and off-axis angle,the larger Rx FOV is,the smaller BER is,The longer the time to effectively communicate between nodes,and the Tx beam angle change on the network node performance of ultraviolet is not obvious.3?By comparison,the key devices such as ultraviolet light source,ultraviolet detector and filter are selected.The influence of different transmitting frequencies on the LOS ultraviolet communication system was studied through the experiment.At the same time,the influence of different transmission and reception angles on the ultraviolet communication system is studied.The experimental results show that the appropriate reduction of the emission frequency and reduce the transmission and reception elevationcan effectively improve the quality of ultraviolet communication.
