The PET/CT play important role in the diagnosis,staging and evaluation of cancer.However,the equipment has been monopolized by a few foreign companies for a long time,and the cost of purchasing and maintenance is high,which leads to expensive inspection.The motion control system of PET equipment plays a key role in the scanning process and image fusion.The research on PET motion control system has a positive effect on the localization of large medical devices.In this thesis,the control system of PET is discussed.The author's main work is as follows:First,The overall design scheme of pet control system is designed.The structure design of the control system is completed,the motion scanning process is established,and the mechanism of each mechanism is determined.Second,The design of the hardware system is completed.The design of the collimator mechanism,the rod source mechanism and the driving bed mechanism is improved,the controller side increases the filtering,the surge protection,and the line design is improved.Third,The design of software system is completed.The communication protocol is set up to ensure the communication between computer and controller.The design of the multiple-phase 0 mechanism ensures the precision requirement and the adjustment of the motor characteristic makes the actuator respond to the controller's command quickly and accurately.Stick source accurate positioning of the scheme to ensure that the organization smooth out and retract.Diagnosis and alarm record,improve the efficiency of service personnel.Fourth,The test of control system is necessary.The test of communication protocol improves the redundancy ability of the controller,and the running stability test ensures the running steadiness of each movement mechanism,and the precision test ensures the precision of the control system and improves the quality of image fusion.The motion control system has the advantages of simple structure,low cost,high control precision,good expansibility,simple maintenance,stable communication with Operation station,convenient and beautiful wiring.In the clinical application of a number of hospitals in a stable operation,has a very broad application prospects.
