| Fingerprint is an important material evidence to disclose crime and identify crime.Strengthening the management and use of the case fingerprint information plays an important role in improving the rate of criminal case detection.The case of fingerprint mainly distributed in the public security organs in the criminal investigation department,the fingerprint query only in local small scope,and Automatic Fingerprint Identification System(AFIS)types are not unified,data cannot be shared and used for each other,seriously affecting the detection of the case.The main work completed in this thesis includes:(1)In the study of heterogeneous network query and management,put forward the interconnection method of heterogeneous AFIS system,focuses on the research of indirect query technology and direct query technology in two ways based on the premise of meeting the public security industry standard,two kinds of query technology between heterogeneous AFIS system real-time or asynchronous query request,and the ability to operate the AFIS data interoperability between heterogeneous systems.(2)According to the current situation of fingerprint information in our country,usering SOA architecture to design the exchange and sharing platform for heterogeneous AFIS systems between the Ministry of China and the province,to solve the interconnection and mutual operation of different AFIS systems,and to share the fingerprints with each others.The exchange and sharing platform of heterogeneous AFIS system designed and implemented in this paper has been put into use in the public security environment and has been detected key implementation of national criminal cases.The platform can satisfy the security requirements,data localization requirements,business requirements,data transmission automation requirements,fingerprint data standardization business performance transparency requirements and platform compatibility,expansion and safety requirements,achieve the design goals. |
