Optimization Research Of Loongson High Performance Computer Software System

The high-performance computer has a wide range of applications in various fields.It plays an indispensable role in the important areas of the people's livelihood,such as space,defense,energy,geophysics,biology,meteorology,disaster and etc.It's a great significance in national economy,social development,security and national defense modernization.But at present the core components,especially the CPU is mainly from foreign manufacturers,after "prism door" appears,the information security issues are more prominent,so the development of core domestic components has a self-evident importance in high-performance machine.The main work of this thesis is:(1)Based on the Loongson 3B1500 high-performance computer software platform,analysis and transplantation its startup process,system basic services and necessary software stack.(2)According to the characteristics and advantages of Loongson 3B1500,and in connection with high-performance computing features,optimize the positive performance at the system level,add physical memory allocation,large page memory management,lock Scache mechanism,design to provide the appropriate interface to user program,and solve the bottleneck when high performance run but the data can't apply immediately,make it fully play in high computing performance.(3)On the Loongson 3B1500 platform construct to support IB(Infini Band),and software stack which is based on its parallel environment(MPI),also optimize the capacity of IB on the Loongson 3B1500 platform I / O processing.For the IB protocol stack,transplant MVAPCH,add DMA64,balance the interrupt load.To achieve IB interconnection technology on the Loongson 3B1500 platform applications,and support the initial optimization.This thesis is based on the Loongson 3B1500 domestic processor,using IB technology,build a parallel software environment that can full play to high-tech computing.
