Research and development, manufacturing and application of robots are important symbols to measure a country's scientific and technological innovation and high-end manufacturing. With the progress of science and technology, the robotics research has been paid more and more attention and concern, based on the traditional research methods, experimental research on computer simulation technology, has been applied in robot.First of all, according to the Fifteenth National Collegiate robot competition ROBOCON,the overall design scheme and related parameters of robot are determined.Secondly, the three-dimensional model of the aerodynamic flow field between the two robots is established by GAMBIT software, and the mesh is divided. After that, the grid is imported into the FLUENT software, and the relevant parameters of the solver are set to solve and the simulation results are analyzed. Finally, several performance parameters of the pneumatic flow field(ducted fan diameter, driving distance, flow entrance flow)is simulated and analyzed by using the FLUENT software. The related data that aerodynamic flow outlet pressure value(the pressure value of the force plate of robot B)changes with the flow of multiple personality parameters are acquired.By analyzing the experimental data, the fitting curve is drawn, and the relationship between the parameters and the thrust of the robot B is deduced.Through the comparison of curves,it is found that the diameter of ducted fan has the greatest influence on the outlet pressure of the flow field, and the influence of the inlet mass flow rate and the driving distance on the outlet pressure value of the flow field is relatively small. The outlet pressure of the aerodynamic flow field between two robots decreases with the increase of ducted fan diameter and driving distance, and increases with the increase of inlet mass flow rate.
