Design And Implementation Of Telephone Recording And Voice Playback System

With the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of communication technology,the telephone has become an important way of communication.In order to timely detect accident and find the cause,avoid unnecessary trouble and even legal disputes,there's a need to record the content of the phone calls.This paper introduces a telephone recording and voice playback system,which includes telephone recording software and voice playback software.The first one implements the functions of setting system time,showing IP address,setting IP address,recording the content of phone calls and exporting the recording data.What's more,the system supports the progress of recording up to ten phone calls at the same time,and exporting recording data while it is recording.The second one implements the functions of sending system time,setting and showing the IP address of the telephone recording software,importing voice data,replaying voice and deleting the history data of voice.Our system provides the support for playing multichannel mix playback.Furthermore you can freely choose which part you want to listen by dragging playback progress bar.A designing scheme of telephone recording and voice playback system is put forward in this paper.We use Socket UDP technology for network data communication.We apply the thread pool technology to implement multi-task concurrent processing.We use low-level audio function to implement mix playback and use OCI technology to access Oracle.On the whole,this paper firstly introduces the background and significance of our research,secondly discusses about topic-related theory and key technology,thirdly analyzes the system functional requirement and makes the design & implementation,finally shows the running result of the system.Our research can be widely used in the dispatch department,customer service center,complaint center and other related departments of enterprise and government institutions.It can provide accurate and reliable original recording data for detecting accident and finding the cause timely.
