With the advent of the 21st century,the human world has entered the information age.Development of information technology has also brought a lot of convenience for our life and work,with the help of information technology tools to improve efficiency,so that we can spend time on more meaningful things.For a business or organization,the management and personnel issues will require more human resources,so you need to invest more in personnel management costs,and on the other hand,paper-based management makes file management confusion,personnel file loss,etc.sometimes occur.In this case,a personnel information management system,can help enterprises or institutions to solve this problem.Personnel information management system can help companies to personnel files and other data and information,and reduce investment in human resources,improve the efficiency of personnel management,to ensure the accuracy and security of information archives.Thus,for a large-scale enterprises or institutions,the establishment of personnel information management system is necessary.In this paper,the design and development of the system is based on ASP.NET personnel information management system.VisualStudio2012 used in the development as a development tool,the development of language is based on C ??and JAVA absorbed the advantages of C#,SQLServer as database,IIS6.0 as a server operating system deployed on Windows7.0 site.The main function modules include:login module,personnel information management module,an application module personnel changes.Database design to a relational database table structure to design and other related indexes is limited to the core.Personnel management system is also set up three different types of users,to achieve three levels of user rights management system,improve the security of the system and the available lines,by limiting the rights of users different permissions menu to reach the limit of their authority related purposes.In the implementation part will be mentioned,this design and development of innovation is the use of XMLWebService technology to achieve the PIMSService class,in this system,will use this technology to verify the user this function.This article will describe in detail the background of the project,requirements analysis to outline design,detailed design,final presentation realization problems encountered and solutions.The design and development process to use the technology and its characteristics will give a brief presentation in each section.The solution of staff assessment of achievements by using Principal Component Analysis(PCA)and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is one of the highlights of the project,the technology will also be introduced to expand the implementation section.
