With the development of the times,the traditional engineering audit work began to appear more disadvantages: large manpower demand;high repetition rate;low detection rate of concealed illegal operations and untimely risk warning,etc.The project has long period,many links and complex contents,and the number of engineering auditors in enterprises is relatively insufficient,only by setting up an engineering audit system which conforms to the internal management of Sinopec,can we supervise and manage the prophase and metaphase of the project,and ensure the authenticity and legality of the project process,so as to provide the important basis for the accuracy of the settlement and audit work of the later projectThe purpose of design engineering audit software is to make up for the inconvenience and risk caused by traditional engineering audit to enterprise management.Use this system to minimize audit intensity to improve audit efficiency;the information transfer speed is fast,and the enterprise managers can keep abreast of the project situation and find problems;Highlight the risk control points,improve the ability to prevent risks;Unified audit model and standardized reporting format;The replication is strong and easy to popularize,petrochemical enterprises in the oil field,refining,sales plate can be modified according to their own needs to use this program.The most important users of engineering audit software are engineering auditors,financial auditors,project leaders and senior leaders,only a few users have higher computer level.In the process of software development,it is necessary to note that,the operation and page design as concise and convenient as possible in order to meet the needs of user functions.In the case of friendly pages,they should be functional,and have with the project reporting function,audit risk assessment data acquisition function,system function,learning and memory function,data storage,data output function and system maintenance function.The software adopts the J2 EE technology system based on Java platform.The system is built on the three layer application architecture of B/S,and adopts JSON,Servlet,XML and other programming techniques and object-oriented programming methods to make complex business logic,process control logic,and data access logic are passed at different technical levels to achieve.The application support layer is mainly to build application support platform and provide various service integrationservices for the upper layer,the application business layer is based on application support platform and provides various business application systems with business processing function to end users.On the application server,it realizes the quick deployment and flexible adjustment of the business logic,and fully guarantees the safe and reliable access of the database system.As an independent software,the engineering audit software can cooperate with the internal related systems at the same time,and bring more comprehensive and intuitive data for the enterprise decision-makers and managers.For the overall improvement of efficiency and promotion of information technology,the ability of the project auditors to carry out the business,to promote the ability of early warning of risks and to strengthen the standardization of the work have practical function and deeper significance.
