As a new type of semiconductor material,Organic inorganic hybrid perovskite is usually self-assembled by organic component and inorganic layered framework.Hybrid perovskite has considerable popularity in the choice of materials with different ligands, halogen or organic molecules to synthesize different properties of perovskite, thus morphology control, light regulation and design of different devices can be achieved.Material component selection and different synthesis routes are conducive to further research on properties of perovskite. In the study of perovskite materials, the mechanism of nucleation and growth of organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials is not clear enough. In order to better understand its crystallization process,we have synthesized CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite microwires and CH3NH3PbBr3 perovskite microblocks through solution method, the nucleation and growth process of perovskite have been studied. On the basis of material preparation, the optical emission properties of CH3NH3PbBr3 perovskite and the photoelectric conversion properties of CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite were studied. The research results are summarized as follows:?1?CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite microwires were synthesized by a solution evaporation method, anti solvent CH2Cl2 was introduced in the crystallization process to control the evaporation rate in the process of growth and nucleation, morphology and structure characterization of polycrystalline microwires showed uniform size and tetragonal perovskite structure.?2?Morphology and properties at different annealing temperatures of CH3NH3PbI3 microwires were studied, the microwires growth model based on Pbl2 framework was puts forward, and the chemical composition and morphology evolution of different annealing temperature were revealed to explain the growth process of perovskite microwires.?3?Based on the synthesis of CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite microwires and its high efficient absorption properties, perovskite photodetector with high sensitivity has been fabricated through in situ growth on interdigital electrode.A high on-off radio up to 1.05 x 104 has been achieved, the photo-responsivity was about 0.97 AW-1,as well as the rise and decay time was about 0.2 ms and 0.25 ms.?4?CH3NH3PbBr3 perovskite microblocks were synthesized.Amplification spontaneous emission of perovskite microblocks was observed and further low threshold whispering-gallery modes microcavity laser was realized. The relationship between laser modes and size of microcavity has been studied.
