Design And Implementation Of "SANDAI" Tax Poundage Management System

As the business and information increases in the process of ?sandai‘ tax poundage‘s collection,the informatization for ?sandai‘ tax payment business management has become an inevitable development trend.In order to make the ?sandai‘ tax poundage payment management more standardized,information and automation while improving the level of ?sandai‘ tax poundage service and quality management,this paper developed a set of ?sandai‘ tax poundage management system.We integrated all the information in business activities and achieved the sufficient sharing and information management through the rational uses of the Internet,Database and other new information technologies.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper expounded the requirements of the management information system of the ?sandai‘ tax poundage.According to the Xi'an Municipal Local Taxation Bureau of the ?sandai‘ tax poundage management status and the basic requirements combining with the departments of the organization structure and business process which is related to the payment business,the system function demand and performance demand were determined.The case modeling was then done for the basic information maintenance,verification management,payment management,query statistics,system management and other 5 modules which discussed in the business overview.Corresponding use case diagram and use case were then used to analyzing and modeling.We also summarized our system requirements for ?sandai‘ tax poundage from business volume and non-functional aspect.(2)The specific methods of UML were used to express the system‘s case model,such as participants,and case filing cases;E-R WIN modeling tool was used to design the ?sandai‘ tax poundage management system database based on the specific mapping rules which were the key points of the proposed model.Design was done by data table,data synchronization and data backup.(3)The ‘sandai' tax poundage payment system,which is based on B/S structure mode,is developed on the basis of J2 EE,PTF,JAVA programming and ORACLE database management system.The demand analysis and function realization of five main function modules,such as the basic information maintenance,approved management,payment management,rights management,statistical queries are described.According to the design requirements of the module,the module class diagrams and detailed sequence diagrams were given and the process of module function realization was then described in detail on the basis of sequence diagrams.So,the detailed design and implementation of management system was finally completed.(4)The real world tests including function tests and non-functional tests are completed based on our proposed ?sandai‘ tax poundage management system.Functional testing of this system was verified one by one.According to the test results,the system errors were fixed.The possible system‘s performance issues of user login,data query and other functions were stress tested by non-functional testing of tooth decay.After detailed function testing and user-case testing,the system had meet the design of the business logic and effectiveness.The system design requirements and functional implementation was now completed.The system has already been put into operation in the management of ?sandai‘ tax poundage.And the results show that the system‘s service efficiency,management level,service level,and also the level of information technology has been significantly improved.
