In 2015,the state promulgated the new version of “Good Supply Practice" or “GSP Practice” for short which made rigid requirement on computer system's management capacities of pharmaceutical enterprises,hoping to achieve medicines' storage information,logistics information and period of validity information are whole-process traceable since the medicines have been transported from manufacturer to pharmaceutical marketing companies,logistics companies and pharmaceutical sales stores,and it strongly provides effective protection for the quality and safety of medicines.The Practice links up with the business license of pharmaceutical business units and pharmacies.The provincial Food and Drug Administrations examine and certify the business qualification of pharmaceutical enterprises and pharmacies based on the norm of Practice during post-transition period.The computer system plays an important role among all examined items,business license issuance will be referred by inspecting result.QIZ is a pharmaceutical wholesale enterprise and its GSP certificate validity period is soon expired,the computer management system they applied was launched in 2009 that has a huge difference with the requirements for computer system in terms of new Practice.It has an urgent need to upgrade or improve the system to meet certification claim.This paper discussed the managerial requirements based on “GSP Practice” for multiple aspects of IT systems,hardware,networks,computer room,data storage and security,systems function,data and information,while sorted the existing system function around the base data,purchase-sell-stock,reports,query system and so on,checked the disparities on computer system according to new “GSP Practice” requirements,considered the actual managerial demands of QIZ,studied the limitation for existing system and formed an all-rounded and systematic development demands.On the base of introducing development technology and Oracle relevant knowledge,the paper combining modern network communication technology,information security technology,database,server and storage technologies optimized system deployment model.The server terminal consists of configuration console,application server,print server,Web server,process management and other core modules.It also did a detailed analysis on requirements of management control for procurement management and sales management related orders,invoices,returns and exchanges,receipts and payments,quality inspection and other important business processes,inventory management rules,so as to achieve the whole line of business data on the system can be traced back.It respectively used Data Flow Diagram(DFD),Use Case Diagram,Deployment Diagram,Sequence Diagram,Class Diagrams and Entity Relationship Diagrams to analyse and model the system-managed business process,system function,system architecture,core business control logic,module function,and database design.It provided architecture design of systems application which is available for B/S and C/S mixed application and supportable for Local Area Network(LAN),Wide Area Network(WAN)and cross-regional operation.It designed network topology of data centre that system is deployed in used redundant links and applied VMware virtualization technology,core data off-site backups and other technical measures to guarantee data security and availability.It achieved and supported all functional requirements and managerial requirements for computer system evaluation according to “GSP Practice”,and guaranteed the continuity of company business.In the process of systems development,testing runs throughout,a variety of testing techniques were utilised to correct all types of bugs.During three months of operation and parallel testing,all kind of functions of system were comprehensively tested and improved.Users finally gave a feedback that is the system runs stable and it can effectively support the business operation.The new system afterward passed examination and certification operated by Food and Drug Administration and obtained the pharmaceutical business license smoothly,and gained the company's recognition.
