As an important part of broadband access network,certification system is the key to realize well management and operation.Portal is a kind of access authentication mode,commonly known as the gateway authentication of Web authentication,it has been used mostly in the broadband access authentication system based on Web,to complete the user authentication and authorization.The main content of this paper based on the project of H3C company,namely Comware V700R001 Portal Second Period project acceptance test.This paper firstly compares Portal with the existing PPPoE\IEEE 802.1 x certification,then introduced the Portal protocol authentication process,implementation princple and test tolls of hot standby.Then selected CR16K router as the key equipment according to the design and implementation of Portal module in the project.Analysis separately from performance.function and stability to determining the test standars and objective right of these tests.Considering of Portal technology focusing on the function,so we selected black box testing method to test the paogram interface and user interface to verify its performance whether can meet the product specifications have been defined,can be used nornally,and can satisfy users.Based on the analysis of the product demand,starting from the Portal performance,function and stability,mainly uses the equivalence partitioning and error guessing method to design test cases in detail,and strive to guarantee that the test cases with reusability and effectiveness.According to the test case,set up the test environment that meet the test requirements,through the physical link among equipments and related configuration can issue command,manual testing in strict accordance with the test procedure in the test case.At the same time,by using of TCL scripting language for automatic auxiliary test equipment,considering the real situation,also with the help of TestCenter tester to simulate a large number of Portal users test;Then,memory of output device test the document to compare and analysis multiple paris of results from the experiment,also record and track test status during the process,and draw the test conclusion.The test results of hot standby shows that Portal technology can provide excellent function,The user on-line rate can meet product specifications 20/second,the device memory using normal under the circumstance that a large number of Portal users have a long online,no memory leakage.At present,the project has been put into practical application,effectively ensured the uninterrupted network service in the important access point;and received a great response from customers.
