Recently,the smart glass is one kind of the most popular wearable devices that so many companies were researching and designing their own products.The smart glass can be divided into a variety of types from the appearance of the structure and the functions.Some types of smart glass have a near vision display,it's include monocular,binocular and holographic smart glasses.Some smart glasses have no display,so they only been used as a front-end tool for collecting information.At present,smart glasses research has been involved in many applications,including tourism,medical,outdoor sports,police equipment,education,etc..The most important problem for the researchers is how to make the smart glasses' function gain a greater commercial value in the professional market.This paper presents a design and production scheme for police smart glass equipment.It includes three aspects of information as the hardware circuit,appearance structure,software functions of the smart glass.According to these design technical indicators,this paper has a detailed introduction of the various aspects.When the design has been completed,the smart glass was tested by the Ministry of Public Security First Institute,which was based on the police equipment national standards and enterprise product design standards.The smart glass designed in this paper can fulfilled all those standards.It can be used as an auxiliary tool to improve the work efficiency of the police.Firstly,this paper is put forward the technical requirements of hardware circuit design of the smart glass.According to the circuit design requirements,it proposes a scheme which was based on the LCo S-type optical module near the eye display.It introduces the system hardware architecture of the smart glass.Then this paper introduces the main chips selection in the circuit,just as Central processing unit,Power management module,Bluetooth module,Wireless communication module,Clock,Camera,Bone guide headphones,Speakers and so on.Secondly,this paper gives the design of the mainboard and the touchpad in this scheme,that including the layout of the components board,board layers information,etc..Then it introduces the whole circuit assembly.Thirdly,this paper is put forward the requirements of the structure design of the police smart glass.According to the structural design requirements,it proposes a design scheme of the monocular police smart glass,that including the design of the whole appearance,the frame structure and materials selection,the circuit shell structure and material selection.Then it lists the main structural parts and discusses the difficulties during the structure design.Fourthly,according to the different work for the different types of policemen,the smart glasses for them must have various functions.In this paper,it has two functions,the one was based on the AR technology to realize the license recognition.And the other is to realize the face recognition.It introduces the recognition algorithm and principle,and gives the example of the recognition of an identity card and a license plate.Fifthly,it introduces the test of the smart glasses,which including 47 projects.Just as the test of the circuit function,the structural performance,the three anti level,the electromagnetic compatibility,the human-computer interaction,the performance of the data lines,the software functions and the other aspects of testing.And finally the Ministry of Public Security gave the results of the test report.Finally,the design scheme of the smart glass for the policemen has reached the level of industrial production,which also fulfilled the technical requirements of the police equipment.
