Design And Implementation Of The Cashier Management System Of Local Tax Bureau

Cashier in the financial work is a very important role,but in the past financial information is often overlooked,seriously restricting the pace of development of the financial system information.The local tax bureau’s cashier management work is often more cumbersome and complex,most of the local tax civil service work has been carried out some information upgrade,but there are many high-intensity works in the daily work,cashier management system requirements urgent.However,the traditional cashier management software is not mature enough,and it has high cost,high threshold and high risk.Therefore,according to the reality of the cashier’s management work,this study designs a convenient,rapid and low-cost and can effectively reduce the environmental input of the Local Revenue Department cashier management system to meet the local tax system for the financial work of the development of information requirements.This study is mainly from the Local Revenue Department’s most basic cashier information management,combined with the current popular J2 EE technology,middleware technology and Oracle technology design of the Local Revenue Department cashier management system.First of all,we study the background and significance of the research,the current situation of the development of cashier management system at home and abroad,analyzes its shortcomings,and puts forward the basic design concept of the cash tax management system designed in this paper.Design and implementation of the system will be used in the process of learning,including J2 EE technology,B / S architecture,Oracle technology.Then,we study the idea of software engineering to analyze and study the various functional and non-functional requirements needed by the cash management of the Local Revenue Department in detail,and the concrete needs of UML use case and use table.The architecture and technical structure of the system are given.Then,based on the overall architecture of the system,we combined with timing diagram,class diagram and so on,then design the overall architecture of the system.Finally,this study expatiates on the realization of the system by realizing the graph.For the realization of the system,this study lists the actual use of the functional test table and performance test table,and the test results were analyzed.The test results show that the cash tax management system designed in this study can give full play to the advantages of information system,so that the cash management of the Local Revenue Department to carry out efficient work to improve the efficiency of the corresponding staff,reduce the error rate,and easy to maintain.At the same time,the smooth implementation of the system can effectively reduce the operational complexity of the staff during the cashier management work,the completion of the local tax bureau between the cashier data sharing,reduce the communication costs between departments,and effectively improve the overall cashier management level of the Local Revenue Department.
