Design And Implementation Of Financial Management System In Senior Middle School

With the continuous popularization of Internet information technology,people enjoy unprecedented convenience in their daily work,study and life.Financial management in the operation of the economy is a very important part.It is not only an important indicator of the level of financial management of this sector but also an important guarantee for the healthy operation of this department whether its working efficiency is high,whether its functional logic is reasonable,whether its supervision and management are effective,and whether its system operation is simple,programmed,convenient,efficient,and transparent.This graduation design for high school application financial management software carried out a detailed research and analysis and implementation in order to achieve the objectives of financial management,it can improve the financial staff's operational capacity related to financial management of electronic work,so as to realize the aim of assisting financial staff to conduct financial management work,and then to achieve the purpose of providing real financial data.The advantage of financial management software is that managers can make more rational decisions based on effective financial data,and the usability of the software increases the flexibility of the work of the financial staff.The paper studies and develops the needs of a middle school finance department.The system requires that in the course of the operation China's related financial regulations should be strictly obeyed,and a variety of financial management methods and scientific management methods should be used,so that to a certain extent,the strength of capital management is enhanced,the purpose of the scientific and efficient use of funds is met,the level of financial services in the financial department is improved,and the capital chain is healthy and orderly.Through the analysis of the content and characteristics of financial management in senior high school,and according to the actual characteristics of senior high school financial work,I put forward my own design ideas,and design a set of financial management information system suitable for senior high school.According to the practical business process and functional requirement of a senior high middle school,it is made up of five functional modules,which contain income management module,expenditure management module,salary management,certificate management module and book management module and other details and content.In addition,financial software systems need to support non-functional requirements besides financial infrastructure,suchas stability and security,etc.The financial management system adopts B / S framework,in the actual research and development work Java programming language is used,and through the application of open source structure framework and detailed function of the design a complete system to deal with business logic is accomplished,such as Struts,Hibernate,Spring and other open source framework.Combined with the business requirements of specific functional modules,and aimed at business logic of different modules,demand modeling is conducted,and it uses illustration,E-R chart,class diagram,flow chart and sequence chart to design the functions of different module.At the same time the system based on SQL Server 2008 database performs data management,and the paper explains different data table information in detail.At last,the senior middle school financial management system conducts functional testing and non-functional testing.In the test process strictly obeyed the software testing process.The test results show that the financial management system can meet the needs of the actual financial work.The finance system has been formally applied,and in the actual work it is used for information collection,collation,discussion,summary,so as to find the system loopholes and problems,and actively find a scientific solution to meet the needs of the future improvement of the work system.
