Research On AOI Line Scanning Light Source

With the development of electronic technology and the improvement of production technology,the status of Printed Circuit Board(PCB)in the electronics industry becomes more and more important.Automatic optical inspection machine through the image acquisition system to collect the PCB board image and compare with the standard PCB board,automatically distinguish between qualified products and substandard products,which is more efficient than other traditional methods and more reliable.AOI is an advanced PCB testing equipment consist of optical,mechanical,electrical and automatic detection,the system requires high illumination for optical imaging and optical systems.The brightness and uniformity of the Optical system will affect the image processing of photoelectric conversion and subsequent.Poor optical imaging and lighting systems can cause false test.Based on this,this paper will focus on the existing system of optical lighting system,evaluate and propose to improve the design of the program.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1.Simulate the system and analyze by ZEMAX optical design software,2.Design different new optimal system,3.Compare and analyze the illumination intensity and uniformity of different new schemes,and study the feasibility of the program,4.According to the results of optimal design processing parts,and installed on the machine for testing.This paper focuses on the illumination system of image acquisition,analyzes the problems encountered in the actual use of the existing design,to determine which aspects need to be improved.Understand and measure the design of the existing light source,illumination light path,objective lens and other parts,and use ZEMAX optical design software to simulate the light path between light source and CCD.Then,design a variety of improvement schemes.Based on the data of the system simulation,evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of various schemes in energy uniformity and energy intensity.And discuss the feasibility of the appropriate program,according to the use of further improvements.Taking into account a variety of factors after the selection of the best program to design the AutoCAD drawings,install into the machine and test.Observe the operation,use of illumination meter measurement,computer software calculation,record the results and evaluate the effect of optimization.
