The Research On Industrial Design Of Intelligent Home Service Robot

With the development of economy and technology as well as the enrichment of material life,people pay more attention to the quality of life and put forward new demands for intelligent life.In recent years,the technology of intelligent home service robot,which is represented by artificial intelligence,has developed by leaps and bounds.Intelligent home service robot began to transform from the experimental research stage into commodity,which gradually influences people's lives.Intelligent home service robots and industrial robots exist big difference in the use of the crowd,the use of scenes and other aspects,but there are few studies on the industrial design of intelligent home service robot.In this paper,the product design of intelligent home service robot is studied from the perspective of industrial design,which provides a new idea for the design of intelligent service home robot.It makes more in line with the needs of users and provides convenient,high-quality service for users.First of all,the study defines the definition and classification of intelligent home service robots,and analyzes its characteristics.Through investigating the current products,it finds that its product positioning is not clear,its functional design is not enough to meet the user's needs and its user's experience is not good enough and other issues,then analyzes its development restricting factors.Secondly,based on the features and use environment of intelligent home service robot,the design elements are extracted,namely functional elements,product appearance elements and human-computer interaction elements.The design principles are put forward,including user centered design principle,in harmony with the use environment design principle,the natural and intuitional human-computer interaction design principle,the initiative design principles and the design principles of safety.The design methods are put forward,including designing intelligent home service robot based on the home service scene and the intelligent home service system.The design flow is build,including three major aspects of user research,demand analysis and product design.Finally,the design theory is applied to the design practice.The urban youth is selected as the target user.Through the user research methods such as user interviews and questionnaire survey,the characteristics of the target users are analyzed and the target user portraits are constructed to ensure that the design is always user centered.User's demands are analyzed through the user journey map and other research methods.Based on the previous research and analysis,the intelligent home service robot is designed,including the definition of the relationship between the intelligent home service robot and the intelligent home system,the functional design,the product appearance design and the human-computer interaction design of the intelligent home service robot.
