Design And Implementation Of Examination System For Tax Administrators

With the integration of global economy and information technology in the field of tax revenue,the tax revenue system has been an on-line information system.Compared with the rapid development of the taxation service system,the main force of the tax revenue system has not kept pace with the development of the information technology.For a part of the taxman,they appeared not familiar with or lack of the information knowledge.This situation has seriously affected the normal development of the tax revenue work of our country,because of this,a job skills assessment system for tax revenue worker is necessary.According to the local tax management staff,an informational tax revenue system gets more and more social attention.And the local taxation bureau requires certain skills in the tax revenue practice,especially informational techniques.This study uses literature method,interview method to implement the specific requirements to determine the expected goal of present local tax agent's actual situation and the research intends.The study focuses on the research of style issues such as tax revenue member team composition and computer level examination questions.Based on the needs of comprehensive analysis,this study designed the staff job skills assessment system of local tax Bureau tax revenue.According to the software engineering process analysis,this study firstly analyzes the tax management staff assessment system development background and development in China and abroad.Then,this study introduces the current development of Struts technology and database management software.From the actual operating system for system design based on the idea that the function,feasibility,systematic and non-functional perspective.This study also design a set of tax management system based on B/S.The user of the system includes the system administrator,the examination organization personnel and the tax management staff.Tax revenue staff job skills assessment system performances well in the system test.It has the characteristic of independence,scalability,easy to transplant and many other advantages.Administrators can view each tax staff performance appraisal and in accordance with the tax revenue member belongs to the departments,units.The system as a whole reached the management convenient and cost saving.The system can further strengthen the tax administrator of the post service consciousness,enhance the service level,rettain the goal of optimizing the service quality and the quality of tax collection.
