With the increasing complexity of the radar system and the emergence of advanced systems,the development of radar technology has reached to a new level,radar signal modulation method also developing gradually to a variety of modulation mode compound direction.As a result,the testing of radar systems has become more and more complex,and the time spent was getting longer.At the same time,with the continuous development of instrument and computer technology,computer software began to integrate with instruments and meters gradually in order to make the whole testing process more simple and the test results more intuitive.Based on this,this thesis designed and developed a radar signal testing and analysis software based on spectrum analyzer.Analyzing the collected signal data by spectrum analyzer,the softwoare integrated the analysis methods of time domain,frequency domain and modulation domain of radar signal,to achieve a complete one-button automatic measurement of radar pulse signal with different modulation methods.The software was developed using MFC which is under the VS2010 as a development tool and C++ as the programming language.According to the modular design idea,the software was divided into four modules: interface module,signal analysis module,display module and auxiliary function module.In the interface module,the software was connected with the spectrum analyzer through the LAN/GPIB interface,realizing the function of reading the signal data from the spectrum analyzer in real time and controlling the parameter setting of the spectrum analyzer.In the signal analysis module,the software realized the comprehensive analysis of the radar pulse signal by adding time domain,frequency domain and modulation domain signal analysis methods.Among them,in the modulation domain,five time-frequency analysis methods,short-time Fourier transform,Wigner-Ville distribution,Pseudo Wigner-Ville distribution,Choi-Williams distribution and Cone-shaped distribution,were added.In the display module,the software achieved mutiple waveform display methods such as two-dimensional,three-dimensional through the use of Tee Chart control,and achieved a variety of window layout methods through rewriting some classes in MFC.In the auxiliary function module,the waveform playback function,marking function and gate-control time selection function were added,so that the observation of testing analysis results for users became more convenient.Finally,a set of test cases were used to test the software to verify the correctness of each module.The radar signal testing and analysis software designed in this thesis can test and analyze the time-frequency characteristics of the radar pulse signal and intra and inter pulse parameters.It can realize the one-button automatic measurement of the radar pulse signal,and has the characteristics of small measurement error and high analysis efficiency.
