The Design And Implementation Of The Audit System Of Telecom Revenue Assurance Service

With the intensification of competition in the telecommunications industry,telecom operators actively carry out in revenue assurance to reduce the income loss through a series of means to check wrong income revenue and leakage behavior.Telecom operators try to plug the income loopholes in order to increase the actual income and improve corporate profits.Telecom operators are facing the key problem for telecom enterprises in the current market,which is saturation of the prospects for the development and to strengthen internal management.At the same time,telecom operators should ensure the rational and standardization management and integrity accuracy income.The paper analyzes the actual needs and business processes of Gansu Telecom's revenue assurance audit business,which combined with TMF related specifications and data audit theory.This paper designed and implement Telecom revenue assurance business audit system based on eTOM and TMF protocol design,included security business income audit,analyzing and displaying assessment.It achieved end-to-end guaranteed income business coverage,which recovered the loss of revenue for telecom enterprise and reduced the operating risk.This paper used object-oriented design method and designed the software architecture and the functional module in a UML modeling analysis.It gived the overall design of Telecom revenue assurance business audit system and physical architecture design.According to the demand of system design,physical architecture and unified interface.Telecom revenue assurance business audit system realized business compliance audit,work order flow management,audit data analysis,data contrast management and system management function.According to the rules of dynamic business audit inspection data audit and inspection,this system ensure compliance and consistency of all kinds of business data and prevent fault leakage and bleeding phenomenon.It strengthened the income guarantee and improved the accuracy of business audit and comprehensive audit efficiency.At present,the system has been put into use in Gansu telecom company.It has friendly interface and it is easy to operate and maintain.This system run stably and realized the automatic audit of the income guarantee business.It greatly improved the efficiency and quality of the audit work of Gansu Telecom and achieved the goal of reducing the loss of revenue and also ensured the integrity of the income.
