Traditional auto spraying generally in the form of manual spraying,but this work form makes the work environment cannot be improved and the labor cost stays at a high level,moreover,manual spraying is not comparable to the robot spraying both in terms of process effect and stability,and the efficiency of manual spray gun is also far less than automatic spray paint.Automobile manufacturing industry as an important part of our country's industrial production,it has strong and rapid momentum of development,but still face the transformation and upgrading trend of manufacturing industry.In this context,Auto maker started trying robot spraying system to enhance the level of automated production and reduce production costs.Practice shows that robot spraying system can indeed meet the request for auto makers of the process on the effect and cost savings.For most auto production using artificial spraying technology currently brings a series of restraining factors,such as high cost,low safety,poor stability,bad effect of process etc.,this topic bases on the actual engineering project,propose to design a set of robot automatic spray system in response to the above problems.Not only solved the actual demand of the project,but also respond to thetrend of intelligent upgrade reform of automobile manufacturing,providing the technical support and the effective exemplary role for subsequent similar projects.This topic is carried out base on contents as following:Firstly,overall design scheme of Automatic spraying system is developed according to project requirements of “Automatic Spraying System of Black Paint Robot in the Painting Workshop of Dongfeng Nissan Huadu Factory".Secondly,system hardware design is completed according to the overall design scheme,such as the sensor selection and circuit design,PLC selection,robot selection and connection,visual system and touch screen overlap,etc.Thirdly,each module is developed or implementation based on hardware design.Like the orderly robot movement is mainly achieved by identification of PLC control visual system and coordination of each station.Finally,debugging the whole system,testing system security,system stability and advantages of process effect.In the form of project paternity,system should be rectify and reform according to system fault alarm,instability factors,process defects and other factors.
