| On the size of the hail suppression in China has been among the world top.With the constant development of hail elimination theory and scale today,how to conduct effective operations,use reasonable,and accurately assessment,is the key to the development of hail elimination.In recent years,with the development and widespread use of the new-generation Doppler radar in China’s extensive deployment and hail suppression operation command system,the intelligence level of hail suppression operation system is improved.The assessment of hail suppression is more than the staff will be hail cloud monomer to track,relatively backward.In the evaluation of hail suppression effect,the monomer selection and tracking are often manual comparison of the relevant moment of the radar map to manually analyze the monomer trend,and the corresponding monomer parameters are collated,more cumbersome and inefficient evaluation.Due to the lack of software to assist in the assessment,poor automation,staff is difficult to assess a large number of historical data,can only select a few specific analysis.The hail suppression effect evaluation platform is a powerful tool to help the staff analyze the hail suppression effect.The realization of this system is that hail identification is carried out at the relevant time based on the radar data at the relevant time in the course of historical hail suppression operation,and the data of the hail cloud is managed by the database technology to realize the automatic tracking of the hail.Quantify and evaluate hail cloud monomer change before and after hail suppression,realize the three-dimensional visualization of hail suppression operation,and establish the analysis platform of hail suppression effect which is easy to man-machine interaction and realize the operation.On this basis,according to hail history data,assess hail suppression effect,feedback intelligent hail suppression operation decision-making.According to the modularization requirements of the system design,the system can be divided into six functional parts: hail automatic identification,database design,database management platform,before and after the monomer tracking,job evaluation,hail trajectory three-dimensional display.In this paper,software requirements analysis,database development and evaluation platform function of the hail suppression effect evaluation platform are carried out according to the software design flow and the sub-function module.The system can realize the automatic evaluation of hail suppression effect and has strong practicability.In the aspect of effect evaluation,the evaluation indexes are quantified,such as weakening of hail cloud characteristic parameters and so on.In addition,the three-dimensional display of the trajectory of the hail suppression operation,the target single,the three-dimensional display of the trajectory,showing the structure of single-body shells and hit the location for the operation of the target position,hit the target to provide an intuitive judgments.The establishment of hail suppression effect evaluation platform will provide objective basis for adjustment of hail suppression and make the azimuth,elevation and operation shells more scientific. |
