Establishment And Application Of Planning & Designing Database In Mobile Communication

With the rapid development of Mobile Communication, The data of planning and designing become bigger and bigger. It is not satisfied the development of commuication that the demand of planning and designing by handwork or half handwork. Something must be done to have more efficiency promoted in order to raise to the quality of planning and designing and satisfy the communication . So it is exigently request to establish the Mobile Planning&Designing Database for collecting, analyzing and settling data, we make use of the data of database by math model to create data and chart of planning and designing.This paper analyses structure and model of software and hardware during design of database and enduces the best model; The popular model , C/S, is applied to tap software system; Manner of tekecommunications is given severl kinds of schemes of design for person to select; It is farther dicussed for remote access to the isomer of database and pointed out problem, at the same time put forward the solvable methods . It is succeeded in finishing on base of all above dicussion about system structure -, network structure and developing environment of this system, moreover by this, we construct the system design model. At one time, we present in detail problem-solving solutions to some problems in implementation of this system.we test our idea of design by analyzing designing process of Budgetart estimate&Budget and Economic Estimate in this paper and present the designing process and program flow. Budgetart estimate&Budget is a method that estimate investment of communcation engineering and ascertain engineering fee. C/S and Manner of tekecommunications are applied to the design. Economic Estimate analyze the feasibility about investment of communcation engineering, calculation of communcation engineering deal with large numbers of formula, so how to improve the efficiency of calculation and to cut down calculation of time is a key problem, we use the idea of bisearch in design. The conclusion "Regards users as core, in the meantime gives attention to both Client and Server" is made by tapping and designing.At last, we use this two software bag to design two engineering of network construct in mobile communcation. Aupstanding effect is validated by application and purpose is reachede. At the same time, preferably function is tested in the planning and designing of network.
